Residents have to go without their showers because the aides just don't have time. None of the managers jump in and help.The administrator has gone as far as pushing a CNA in a residents room and telling her to answer the call light, while the CNA was on her lunch break. That aide did not report her for fear of being retaliated against and has since left Masonic Home and found another job.The housekeepers barely do their jobs to make sure everything is cleaned. They are more concerned about Nursing department caring for the residents, than actually cleaning. Residents and families have complained about their rooms and bathrooms being dirty because nobody cleans.The atmosphere is hostile.

So how the hell could she have sit up and fell out of bed. She was only home for 2 days before she then had a heart attack. The two days she was there we were as gentle as could be and didn’t turn her that much. I definitely would never recommend coming here.

Masonic home takes great pride in providing above and beyond care to the residents they serve, and showing appreciation of the staff that serves the residents and families. She was perfectly at herself and could talk just fine. One night we got a call saying she sat up and fell out of bed on her knees but then said she was fine and they just put her back in bed. Mind you she couldn’t sit up or turnover by herself.
And I am not writing this review for her but for all the employees that work extremely hard everyday providing outstanding care to those we serve.
